Building
infrastructure.
Growing

relationships.

As civil and transportation engineers and municipal and public management consultants, we’re out to construct something stronger than concrete and steel. We cultivate enduring relationships with clients, working creatively and collaboratively. We nurture trust by giving honest guidance, respecting budgets, and solving problems instead of constructing roadblocks. We value varied skillsets, helping our hard-working people to prosper. Over the decades, our principals haven’t just built communities. They’ve built friendships. Just ask some of the folks we’ve been honored to work with. >

What our clients say

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

“WK2 makes my job easier. They answer every challenge with
creativity and dependability, ensuring our projects are completed
on time and within budget.”

Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, Bensalem Township, PA

“Phil distinguishes himself among highly competent engineers by personally investing himself in the communities he serves. He was instrumental in the formation of TMA Bucks, Bucks County's Transportation Management Association, and has served the organization for more than 25 years, first as its founding Vice President and now as its President. For Phil, the science and professional detail of engineering is only complete when combined with an understanding of the communities and people that his work will ultimately benefit.”

Stephen J. Noll, Executive Director -  TMA Bucks & The TMA Bucks Foundation

“We were particularly impressed with WK2's ability to clearly communicate the municipal development process, allowing for collaboration and resulting in a successful project, from approvals through build-out.”

Greg Rogerson, JG Petrucci, PA/NJ

“Over the years, Stephanie has navigated our organization through many challenging issues. She possesses an incredible ability to anticipate issues before they happen, then strategize creative and forward-thinking solutions. She is a true problem-solver who has led the way on ideas and initiatives that have now become standard in municipal government. I could not have asked for a better partner.”

Michael C. Ksiazek, Chair, Board of Supervisors - Middletown Township
